Tie item to Shipping Method(item)
The options available for shipping methods basically give me everything I need, but I want to be able to lock items into shipping methods. A customer may place an order online for 4 different items. 2 of them may dropship from different vendors where I have no control over what method of shipping is used. Another may ship from warehouse A where we use FedEx, and the 3rd may be a large item shipping from warehouse B and need to go via freight.
Because of this, I can't have the customer choose a shipping method. I currently use a dummy shipping item on the web, and use flat rate shipping by item, but it creates serious limitations.
