can be fulfilled and received
I created a few service items with the check box can be fulfilled and received cleared. Why once the PO is approved does it go to pending receipt instead of just pending billing? And then once it is billed it is cleared from the pending receipt queue. Is this the right process or should it be pending billing after approval if it is not a receivable item?
