TXT File as Fulfillment Email

Hi everyone,

A customer just received a fulfillment email from us with a very garbled text file attached to it (that had her order info).  The fulfillment HTML code in NS looks good.  How do we prevent NS from sending TXT file attachments and for the body of the email to contain the contents of the HTML code?

This is using multi-site and is not the primary site.
