Fullfill Orders - Item is not showing (Item-Type=Description)
In the Sales Order, we selected a items number, which is classify as Description (Item Type) so that we can includes some printed additional information or remarks in the Sales Order printout.
Then, storekeeper to perform Item Fulfillment, and the Item with Item-Type=Description is not listed the form/screen. So, the storekeeper unable to know those additional remarks. Why is that so ?? How can we enable this line item can be showing in "Item Fulfillment" form or screen ??
Yes, we know those items are with Item-Type=Description, is not actually an items that can be receives, but the storekeeper need to know those piece of additional information, before he perform the receiving.
