cannot get bin numbers to print on PO from

Hello,

I have cannot get Bin Numbers to show on a Customer Transaction Form.

While editing the form I have already tried going to Printing Fields > Columns and checked Print/Email next to Bin Numbers.

EDIT: I have also tried to edit the column widths... no avail. I can get other columns to appear but not bin numbers???

I based this form off of a Custom Purchase Order Form because we simply want a form to print out for our warehouse guys when they are physically receiving the order they can report discrepancies... ensuring the vendors have sent the correct product.
