Customising the fulfillement email
HI,
I am trying to customise the fulfilment email that we sent to our customers. I am trying to add the customer reference or Purchase order number on to the email and also I am planning to change the item table.
I am using the “Attribute Tags” to force the form to pick the customer reference number from sales order. I am using <%=getCurrentAttribute(‘salesorder’,‘refno’)%> in the customize website text page under email.
Whenever I do this it throws up an error saying “Syntax error: parameter ‘salesorder’ in method getCurrentAttribute is not a valid quoted string”. Is there any way I can do this.
