Is it possible to print up a Non Inventory item on a pick ticket?

We have rewards "money" that we like to ship to customers, which we print up and include in certain orders. We don't want to manage stock on these items, so one idea is to add an inventory item with 100,000 in stock, but that becomes an issue since we have multiple locations. We need to add quantities to each location shipping these items. And if we ever reach 100,000 for that location, we will be backordering this item, whereas there is no such thing as a backorder - and that can lead to much confusion and additional packages going out
