UPS Tracking links in fulfilment emails?

We have included a UPS tracking link in our customised fulfilment emails. This has recently stopped working. I have been to the template editor and when I add the tag for tracking link it generates the following tag code:-

<NLCUSTBODY_CUSTOM_RICH_TEXT_TN>

This does not look correct to me which would explain why the links do not appear in the email. I presume we have had an "Upgrade" that has broken the tag. Does anyone here know the correct code to generate the UPS tracking link?
