Two warehouses, one order to fulfill

I have a question regarding fulfilling and shipping an oder that has inventory from 2 separate warehouses.

We have a product that we buy in bulk, ship to our packaging warehouse, it gets Assembled and packaged and stored at this location. This is the ONLY product at this location. All of our other products are stored at our main location.

If an order comes in with one product from each location, what is the best way to ship? From what I Read looking into multiple location inventory, you can only ship one sales order from the location it is assigned to.
