Bar Code Scanning

I'm looking for some recommendations on Bar Code Scanning systems. We currently do not use bar codes. The minimum I would like to accomplish is to have a bar code on the Picking Ticket and bar code on the bin. When the picker picks an item they scan the pick ticket and then scan the bin. At least they will be able to verify they are picking the correct item.

I have looked at a number of Warehouse Management Systems and mobile solutions (all very expensive) and am leaning toward Ozlink Mobile.

How are other people using bar coding in Netsuite? Does anyone have any recommendations for using bar codes?
