Notes on sales orders for shipping
What is the best way to convey a note for a particular order so that it is seen in shipping? A couple of examples are;
A customer wants a package shipped to his customer and does not want our packing slip included.
A customer that does not want packing peanuts used in his packages.
These happen frequently enough that it is time consuming to have to run out to shipping every time we print a picking ticket for one of these out back.
I tried making descriptive items and including them in orders but as you all know they cannot be seen on picking tickets for some strange reason.
