solve this riddle --Drop Ship Item PO's not getting emailed
Solve this riddle -
We have some items set as drop ship. We customized a drop ship PO form defaulted 'to be emailed' and set it as preferred. The preferred vendor's transaction delivery preference is set to via email.
When a customer submits an order via the web site for a drop ship item, the PO is created automatically, as expected. But I would expect that it get emailed to the vendor was well, considering the custom PO form is defaulted to be emailed, and the preferred vendor is set to 'via email.' But they are not.
Is a work flow or script needed?
