Shipping package configuraton
We manufacture candles. We also fulfill orders for a customer. Once a product is invoiced, we adjust it back into a location for that customer at zero cost. The customer sends us a csv file to import into NetSuite with the order data that they wish us to fulfill.
The problem is that the customer sells by the piece even though the items are case packed. e.g. they will send an order for 6 ea vanilla candles and we ship out 1 case. The result is that we have to configure the packages during the fulfillment process because of this.
Does anyone know of a way to streamline this process so that we can simply have NS print the shipping labels in bulk once the order file has been imported?
