Some of our sales orders can be for over 1000 pieces. That is difficult to do in only one fulfillment, so we can end up with many fulfillments. The packing slips print from EACH fulfillment, so the customer doesn't get a single packing slip, but several. Each fulfillment has nothing to do with how the parts have been palletized, so the packing slips are not helpful to the customer in any meaningful way. I have seen that some people print the packing slip from the Sales Order, but that won't account for the back ordered parts. It would also help
