So far, the price of all three is similar.
Pitney Bowes It has a pre-built integration for NetSuite. Only works in the NS back-office.
Smarty Streets needs some scripting to make it work with NetSuite. It works on both the web store and on the NetSuite back-end.
PCApredict. It auto-fill suggests addresses as you type. It has a pre-built integration.
