Fulfillment KPI's
Hi, we wish to produce reports showing the following, any advice would be appreciated.
1) Percentage of total items ordered that have gone on to back order. An example: 1000 items ordered (across 50 sales orders), 500 have gone onto back order so the back order percentage is 50% (We would then like to add filters, by location/time but we should be able to do this)
2) The average time it take to fulfill an order, from placing the order to marking the order as fulfilled/shipped.
How is the above possible?
