Intermittent Checkout and Shipping Failure
Since 7-13-17 our customers can order with no shipping charge. They also cannot always check out. Shipping is either calculated incorrectly or not at all. Customer data sometimes gets wiped out upon submitting order. Also the calculation from Different shipping services is not always functioning
and the service selected shows one price but another on the order confirmation.
Netusite states they are aware of the defect. Our case is 2764784. Is anyone else seeing these problems ?
