Receiving duplicate email alerts from saved searches

I've created a series of saved searches that are designed to send an email alert to myself when a particular field in system_notes changes to a particular value.

The alerts are working correctly, except that I'm receiving two emails for each occurrence, both are identical.

Any ideas as to why the alerts may be duplicating?
