Silver Phone Support
Hello,
New to this board. Every day this week I have called silver support and waited no less than 1 hour and 15 minutes for a support specialist. This morning I called at 6:10 PST to try to beat the apparent rush and now I just get a "the system has already been shut down" message and get disconnected. Is this what I should expect from Netsuite?
