setting all outbound support email to one address

Is it possible to set all outbound support e-mail to a single email address - that is - when a support rep updates i case I would like the email address to the user to read... "support@emanio.com" instead of "first.last@emanio.com"

I can't find a setting for this to be enabled - anyone know if it is possible?
