Help with download of Documents or Whitepapers

Hello all,

We would like to publish documents or whitepapers of our products on NetSuite to allow our customers to download for free.

What we want is the customer must login to our site or do online registration so that we understand what they interest on. Also can do a market campagins base on their downloaded records.

I've no idea on how to do it on NetSuite.
