Letter Merge Causes Errors
Hello,
We have setup a letter Template in netsuite (by downloading the header file and then linking the fields).
However when ever we produce a letter based on the template we get the following error message comming up:
Opening this document will run the following SQL command:
SELECT * FROM C: C:\xfxxxx\xxx (being the location of the file) Netledgeddersmapleheaderfile.csv
Data from your databases will be placed in the doucment do you want to continue?
Then when you say yes we get:
Newsalesletterv1[521] is a mail merge document. Word cannot find its datasource C: C:\xfxxxx\xxx (being the location of the file) Netledgeddersmapleheaderfile.csv
