Sales from Partner Center

I am sure there are a lot of you out there who thought you could use the standard Partner Center to extend your sales reach?  That's certainly what we thought, but we are now discovering "that dog won't hunt."  In our partner program, we will have different classes of partners, and we would prefer not to have all of them assigned to Advanced Partner Center because of the cost.  But right now there is no way to enter a Sales Order out of the standard center.  I just entered an enhancement (117912) to add this function to standard Partner Center,
