Undeliverable Campaign Email (Exceeded Limit) - HELP!!

We have a big campaign that was supposed to start today and my emails "could not be executed because the number of email messages for this campaign exceeds the amount remaining for the year".  WHAT!?

I had no idea there was a limit and how do I know what that limit is?

It's too early to call my account manager so what do I do.  I guess my campaign is shot!

Arrg!
