Restrict Changes to Approved Sales Orders?

Does anyone know how to allow Sales employees to Enter and Edit a Sales Order until it is Approved? After the Sales Order has been Approved we do not want them to be able to make changes.

Netsuite Support was unable to answer this question so I'm hoping someone else out there may have a solution.
