Need Help Tracking Sales Reps - Opportunities, Quotes (etc.) Created
This is a Sales Management need...
Can anyone provide some insight on the best route to build either a Report or Saved Search that will give us visibility to the following (by Sales Rep):
- Opportunities
- Quotes/Estimates
- Invoices (with this person tagged as the rep)
Ideally, we'd like to have one report have this detail and the 'Activities' (emails, phone calls, tasks, etc.) but realize that we may need two separate reports.
I've spent hours trying figure this out and haven't had any luck. All reports are separate by Open Opps, Quotes or Invoices... we need them all in one.
