Creating Customer Record from Contact Record
Is there a way to create a lead/prospect/customer record from an already existing contact record? I know how to connect an existing contact to a customer record when the customer is a company, however, many of the customers we work with are individuals, and we need the ability to convert a contact into a customer.
For example:
Lucy Adams is a business contact. She suddenly decides that she would like to utilize our services. How to we create a customer record from her already existing contact record? Is this even possible?
