Customer: Company VS. Individual
We have an import of several thousand customer records from a legacy system that does differentiate between individuals and companies. There are no first name/last name fields. Before we go to the trouble to separate these out for fn/ln granularity it would be great to hear from the forum as to what other benefits there would be in creating these customers as individuals vs. companies.
