Allowing customers to purchase from a quote

Hello,

What we are trying to do is prepare the quote and make it available to a customer when they log in to the web store My Account. The customer is able to click a button and bring up a sales order, but is then presented with the same screen as our sales rep. Is anyone aware of a way for the customer to click a button and have the items from the quote dumped into the cart so the customer experience is the same as if the customer chose the items and added them to the cart from the web
