Opting customer back in after mistaken unsubscribe.
We had a customer call and ask to be put back on our email list after she mistakenly unsubscribed. I can't find any way to have her opt back in. How can she go about it? We don't have links to the customer center on our web site because its such a mess.
Are there really no other options? Why is the link to send her a subscription email gone after she unsubscribes?
