One invoice for multiple Sales Orders/fulfillments?

We get multiple sales orders from our customer per month and
we fulfill and deliver these orders.

The customer has requested to get only one monthly collective invoice and not for each order an invoice!

I don't find the right setup to create only one collective invoice per month.
I'm not even shure if this functionality is available in NS.

Any hints for the setup
or for some useful workarounds?
