8x8 Netsuite integration

Hello,

We are executing a proof of concept with 8x8.

Would any users of the current 8x8 / Netsuite integration have specific thoughts related to: [LIST=1]
[*]Are your users comfortable with the solution?
[*]What are the business leaders saying about the results?
[*]How often do weird behaviors result such as:[LIST=1]
[*]the lookup does not execute?
[*]outbound dialing call log does not occur?
[*]The time on the call log is not correct?
[/LIST]
[*]Have you been able to customize the behavior such as:[LIST=1]
[*]Modify the title of the call log
[*]Modify the notes of the call log
[/LIST]

[/LIST] Note: current meaning there is no Win32 download to install on each workstation. I believe the suitebundle version was released in mid-2014 although 8x8 support still shares information on the prior version.
