We have some items in our database that have versions made by a few different manufacturers but are essentially the same product.  If we have a customer call in for one and it is not in stock those of us who have been doing this a long time can suggest one of the other versions as a substitute which might result in saving an order.  There are others that have not been at this very long and they struggle to remember the alternatives.  Is there a good way anyone else has found to make a reminder within netsuite that would
