Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Case assignment emails or update email issue
We have noticed below two issues on a random basis and most likely they are related to 2016.2 release (16th Sept):
1. Assigned to isn't receiving any emails when case is either assigned or updated by customer
2. On the contrary, sometime, Assigned to is receiving duplicate emails
There is no pattern as such but more Customer Reps are having this issue and we are not able to support our customers in a timely manner.
Netsuite has logged a defect for this (Defect 415649)
