i was hoping to be able to create an email signature template that pulls in data based on {user.xxxxxx} FreeMarker tags such as {user.lastname}.  I was able to get this to work as an administrator, however unsuccessful with other users with lesser privileges.

Furthermore my intention  is to upload everyone’s signature for them.  Primarily because of their skill level in HTML.

I thought this could be done by creating a custom entity field for “employees” that I could drop the HTML code inside of and then simply reference that <tag> for everyone’s email signature.  This however was not the case utilizing “long text field” as the field type.
