Emailing Sales Order internally

In Sales Order screen "Save & Email" sends an email to the customer.

Is there any way to send an email to our own email address without overwriting customer email?

We have cases where we get the order via email/phone, but customers do not want any emails. However we still want a copy of the order confirmation in our inbox. Any workarounds or shortcuts?
