Cash Sales

I thought I had completely disabled the "cash sale" option in our system, however, it seems that once in a while, when we go to bill sales orders, it pops up.  When this happens, the only way I have been able to fix it is to completely recreate the transaction, beginning with the quote-all the way through fulfillment.  Any suggestions?  this is making me nuts.:eek:
