Disable Cash Sale Email Confirmation

Does anyone know of a way to turn off the email confirmation that is sent to customers when a Cash Sale is generated (Sales Order is billed)?  Our customers find the term 'Cash Sale' to be confusing and, since according to NetSuite support the content of that particular email is not customizable, we are trying to disable the notification alltogether.

Any help would be appreciated.
