Mobile sales people and Customer Frequently ordered items
I am trying to improve how our mobile sales force enters orders. We have over 12,000 items but for many of our customers that our sales force calls on there is usually 10 to 15 items that a particular customer ever purchases. Is there an easy way to generate a sales order for a customer which has the default items already listed? I thought of a memorized transaction for each customer but could not find an easy way to get at the memorized transaction from the customer record using a tablet.
Does a customer price list make sense as an alternative?
Best result is to have a customer record displaying and then have the ability to easily create a sales order from there.
