Multiple customer locations with billing to headquarters
Would anyone have suggestions on best practices for multiple customer locations that are billed to headquarters?
The way we have it now is:
1) Each customer location is a customer record in Netsuite
2) Each customer location has the parent company field set to the headquarters
3) Each customer location has the bill to address entered on the customer record (not the parent)
This works ok but if the headquarters changes the billing address we have to update 3-35 customer records.
Any thoughts?
