a/r from legacy accounting system - how to collect?

We've recently converted to Netsuite. We have about 100 customer invoices imported into Netsuite as Journal Entries.

We have our a/r clerks calling on a/r but the a/r role does not have access to journal entries.

Does anyone have suggestions on what permissions to open to allow the a/r clerk to only see journal entries where the Name is not null?
