US tax

Let us say that sales tax for 2 items (say Car and Medicine) in a US ZIP code are 10% and 12%.
How will we set this up in NetSuite?
NetSuite only allows us to select the US sales tax based on zip code. Tax schedule on item only tell system if it is taxable or not in a nexus.
