invoices modified to remove sales tax after sales tax has been paid to the state

Would anyone know how to create a saved search that shows invoices / cash sales which were originally taxable and then modified to not be taxable?

What has occurred is someone has removed tax from an invoice after we paid the state the sales tax and this is messing up our reporting. (I think)
