Check Format ? - Check - Voucher - Voucher Format

Has anyone formatted a Check to have Voucher 1 and Voucher 2 detail duplicate per check?  Voucher 1 would go with payment to customer and Voucher 2 gets filed with invoice back up in AP?  We will be using one of the NS recommended check formats.
