Case Sale e-mail sent when status is not deposited
Hello,
We noticed that when an user creates a Cash Sale, select to be e-mailed, and uses an old credit card on file. After saving the status will be Not Deposited but somehow NetSuite is still sending an e-mail to the user. Is there a way that, in case NetSuite cannot charge the credit card successfully, no e-mail is being send?
