Edit "Proceed to Checkout" button

Is it possible to change code in the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the shopping basket. Im working with google analytics to get the tracking fully working, but because NetSuite changes between domains when going through to the checkout the code doesnt work. Therefore if im able to add some code to the "Proceed to Checkout" button i can implement this fully.
