Script Help for Custom Cart Portlet

edited Dec 18, 2019 1:47AM in Web Site / E-Commerce 3 comments
YEEEEEAAARRRRRS ago.... when our site was first set up and we knew NOTHING about NetSuite and very little about scriptwriting, a nice person at Explore Consulting created a little script for us to use in place of the default shopping cart portlet. We wanted to show the customer either how much more they needed to spend to get free shipping or that they had spent enough to earn free shipping.

Jump to today. In the course of doing some site redesign and testing, I have just discovered a flaw in the script. It works fine as long as the cart contents are less than $1,000. Anything over $1,000 and the script only reads the numbers in front of the comma.

Howdy, Stranger!
