Blog add-on / plug-in needed

So my PR-marketing guy says that we need to start a blog on our web site.  Just setting up an account on Blogger won't do.  He insists that we need to keep the customer/visitor on our web site ( and I do see the wisdom in that).

So the url would lool like http://filtersolution.com/blog/1234 or http://filtersolution.com/_blog/yada-yada

So any of you service providers have a blog add-on or plug-in for a NS web site?
