Developer quit, need help changing default amount

URGENT.
Our developer quit and I have to fix this. On this page:
http://www.armorconcepts.com/Our-Solutions/EZ-Armor

The Add To Shopping Cart quantity is defaulting to 1. I need to change that to 0 so that all of these items are not automatically being added to the cart. Can someone please tell me where to do that?
