Customer Center links customization and permissions.

How can i remove below 2 links from Sertting portlet from customer center.
Set Preferences
Campaign Subscription Center


How can i remove Quick View portlet from customer center.
Can i make links font style, few links in CAPITAL letters, colors of link etc in customer center home portlet?.

Please help me out
